Who We Are
Resolute Diligence Solutions (Resolute) is a subsidiary of Setpoint Technologies Inc., which specializes in providing property/asset level reviews for single family rental, fix and flip and transportation transactions. The mountains in our logo not only depict our geographic location in Park City, UT but more importantly serve as a symbol of a solid and unwavering determination for our clients. While Resolute is a fairly new company, our roots run strong in the ABS world, collectively working on hundreds of transactions. Resolute aims to bring the best and brightest to the organization and effectively provide each team member with the tools to exceed our clients’ expectations.
As a subsidiary of Setpoint Technologies Inc., Resolute reaps the benefits of having the financial backing and additional services that Setpoint provides, while remaining a standalone subsidiary with the ability to make quick decisions.
Our People
Our employees are experienced diligence operators who understand the nuances and procedures needed to provide outstanding service. We believe in fostering effective communications between all parties, from lenders to borrowers to counsel and more. We pride ourselves in having an entrepreneurial mind set, quickly thinking outside the box to get the job done. Our experienced staff have an average of 7 years industry experience, working in the trenches with every large lender and borrower within the SFR space and large number of Clients within F&F.

Brian Uffelman
Chairman
Brian Uffelman is a founding member and Chairman of the Board at SingleSource Property Solutions. Brian helps develop goals and objectives for regulatory, governance, outreach, recruitment and budgetary decisions. He coordinates annual performance review of executive staff, and identifies and builds relationships with key figures, acting as ambassador for the organization.
Brian Cullen
CEO
Brian is a founding member and the CEO of SingleSource. Brian’s responsibilities include daily oversight of all aspects of the operation, as well as various strategic initiatives with sales and marketing. Brian Cullen graduated from John Carroll University where he received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration (Marketing). He received his MBA from the University of Pittsburgh, with a concentration in Finance.

Andre Lacouture has been the President of SingleSource since the company start-up in 2004. He is also a founding member and shareholder. Andre’s responsibilities include Business Development, Relationship Management and strategic Sales and Marketing initiative in the capital markets. Andre graduated from Xavier University where he received a Bachelor of Arts in History.
Brent Taggart
Managing Principal
Brent Taggart is the Managing Principal at Resolute. Brent is a founding member of Resolute with oversight of the day to day operations and business development. He has spent over 20 years in the mortgage industry in various roles at Fairbanks Capital, Credit Suisse, 406 Partners, Green River Capital, and Clayton Holdings. Brent graduated from the University of Utah with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance. Brent was named as a 2015 Rising Star by Housingwire Magazine. He is a frequent speaker at conferences.
Richard lundbeck
Managing Principal
Richard Lundbeck is the Managing Principal at Resolute, primarily responsible for the day to day operations. Richard has more than twenty years of experience managing and starting new lines of business within the due diligence, title insurance and real estate industries. Since 2014, Richard was responsible for SFR operations, which specialized in providing Single Family Rental Owners or their Lenders with specialized due-diligence and valuation services, whether it be part of a warehouse line, credit facility or securitization. In 2017, Richard won the Housing Wire Insiders Award, which recognizes individuals vital to a company’s success.
